Tough day out there today. Went 0 for 2 in shallow at 6-12 fow and 2 for 3 out 20 -40 fow. One nice healthy football shaped 8lb brown and another 2-3lbr. No lamprey marks on either fish. T-sticks and jr t-sticks were preferred today. It can only get better from here - right???

Thanks for the tips Ray!! We were west, in shallow and we started to pull up and head out yesterday then got a second fish about the time the wind kicked up, spun the boat around while netting and spent the next half hour untangling!! Hate when that happens! As far as Hank goes, he's a good man and doing a fine job - you know those old boats need TLC. When are you getting out Ray?
