Navionics platinum 3D contours not working on Lowrance hds touch

My chart will not show contours in 3D on my Lowrance hds 7 touch. I have attached pictures of what settings I have it on. I updated my navionics card on my computer. I watched a couple tutorials online but they have not solved my problem. This is my first time using navionics and help would be greatly appreciated. I am stumped.

Is it the Platinium East region?

I think you are zoom in way too much to get the benefit of the 3D. Once you tell me where you are I will try to post some sttings from my Touch.

There is some regions that are not terrible on the Platinium like up here in Canada.

I have the east region and am located in ny. I hit the minus button to zoom all the way out and it still looks the same. Mine won't let me zoom all the way out to see the whole state or east section it only allows me to zoom out so far not allowing me to see very much.

Some examples with the Platinium 648 on lake Ontario

 

Youre transparency is set to Max should be between 3 & 5, no 3D, Land & Sea. I don't have my unit with me

Thanks! Transparency needed to be adjusted. It is working properly on some areas such as the finger lakes but is not showing properly on southern shore of Ontario now.
