50 degrees on the way out this morning and we didn't see 60 until past 300 fow. Went to the 32 line and had no action the first two hours. Than we got an 18 lb King on meat at 72'.

Then we got a 10 lb steelie on an orange spoon at 25'.

That was all we caught today. Temps on the way in stayed at 60 or above all the way to the break wall. Currents were wicked and a to time we had two divers and two rigger spoons tangled. Spent hours today clearing messes.

Good job sticking it out to deeper water. I looked at sea surface temps yesterday and saw the tight gradient cold water in close. Figures that's why current was bad on your presentation. No doubt there will be some turmoil going on off the oak for a while. Nice catch! 31 lines out are probably most stable off the oak right now. West in olcott has warmer water inside..currents will be cranking!
