Going on vacation to seaside jersey

It's a little last minute, kinda didn't think about it but I am going on a family vacation to seaside jersey. I would love to get out on the ocean and fish, not a party boat. Don't have enough people to rent a charter so I was wondering if anyone knew anybody that fishes down there. I would help pay for gas and bait. Been fishing lake ontario for 10 years so I know my way around a boat.
