Big silver bullets - where, with what and when ?

Hi Fellas

I'm targeting the big Steelheads. I mean beat my personal record (14½ lbs) caught in the Salmon River (Long bridge) 10 years ago. Now I'll be on the lake in early August on the North Shore.

Where (depth) should I go ?

What depth range should I fish ?

What's the best lure/presentation?

Dipsy or riggers?
