Tonight I discovered a missing bolt on my engine mount. It appears to me that loose bolts have allowed slippage over time. Assume this is original engine setup, should I raise engine to the original position of the bolts?

And is that rectangular pad where I should lift the 400 pound engine using hydraulic floor jack?
