  1. i have been useing both Cabelas and Sampo ball bearing swivels with welded rings, i add my own crosslock snap.i had snaps fail but never the swivels. i'm curious as what fails the snap or swivels for i can not see a welded ring swivel failing.

  3. i just got a Yamaha 9.9 four stroke and i would like to change oil can i use any sae weight motor oil or do i need special four stroke oil?
  4. sory i miss quoted the model it is a Raymarine ds400x,.ds500x.or ds600x., the difference being the size of the screen and get the duel frequency transducer
  5. you may want to try to get hold of a Raymarine dx 500 or 600 for that money and you will be happy with this unitit is justafishfinder and not a gps
  6. i got a leneth of gasoline hose an ran a line under the gunnel to the front of the boat an connected my can there ware i seldom occupy while fishing.my boat was a 19 ft Sea Nymph.i kepth the primer ball near the motor.

  12. sorry i jumped in hear with a question of my own,but i felt if your buying safety equiptment for the boat you might want to buy the right flairs for N.Y.side of LO if the question gets and answer.
  13. i have a question on the flares. a few years ago i was stopped on the lake (FAIRHAVEN)by a N.Y. warden and was told my Flaregun was ok by the COAST GAURD standard but NEW YORK rules supersede and that i need hand held flares, is this a fact or was he wrong?

  15. "Daiwa Sealine 47LC Reels" A pair [2] of Daiwa Sealine 47lc reels not the cheaper acudepth, used little,.the drags work, counters work good and they are not all sun bleached and these are off of a private boat.these reels are great for running dipsy's on wire line. $100 PLUS S/H
