  5. Absolutely. It definitely sucks being on the receiving end like I was last year. I was fortunate that it happed at the dock and no one was hurt. Plus my insurance company took real good care of me. We put our heart & soul into our boats and it’s heartbreaking when something like this happens.
  6. So get this… My Pursuit sunk 7/14/23. This boat sunk 7/14/24. Wow. 2 boats I owned sunk on the same day. Thank God my Aquasport is on the trailer now!
  7. That’s it then Gary. I used that boat for 3 months last year after my Pursuit sunk. Just wanted something to keep fishing lol. Sold it to a guy in Bergen. Never took the name off the back.

  9. Since divers are not a stealth tactic I’m not so concerned about the line diameter. I usually run a 6-8’ 40lb fluorocarbon leader. I will occasionally run a 50lb mono leader as I feel it provides some give/stretch. I do not use snubbers.

  16. Nice fish! We did not fish Saturday but did get out on Sunday for a quick 2-3 hour trip. Left I-Bay and headed north, set up in 200’ and trolled to 330. Temp was 50-70’ down. Ran 2- 200’ coppers, 2- 300’ coppers, and 2 riggers. All took fish. 1 Steelhead and 4 Kings. Spoons- Hulk, 42nd, Watermelon, Chilly Willy, Spook, NBK. Will be out again Saturday morning for an all day affair. The smile on my sons face is priceless!
