  1. Great day yesterday out of Sturgeon Point, ran out of shiners, ended up using jigs which worked. They were on the feed. Ended up with a cooler full, two fishermen.

  3. A Captain chooses this profession. He likes what he does and the chores come with it no matter if he with client or alone. The charter captains I know are well satisfied without tipping. They enjoy their business , if not then get out. If a charter captain travels. Longer distance to fish, then he should charge accordingly.

  9. If you like bear meat, then kill it. If not let it live. I know many hunters that need to kill big game just to satisfy their ego. These hunters will even shoot Bambi in order to brag that "I got a deer" I had my chances on shooting bear, but never took a shot. I don't like bear Meat and my dogs will not eat it.

  12. Limited out the last 6 times out, fishing in 16 to 24 ft.of water, bottom bouncing.. So much more fun catching them on light equipment. Just like bring in a shoe or having another boater come by telling you that you have a fish on that your drawing behind the boat. Has anyone try beef hearts in place of worms.
