Seems like most people run 50lb floro. Is it really needed with all the action going on with the paddle and fly? I ask because I am just running 50lb Big Game. -

According to the write up, they used 50 Strike Master augers. 20,000 holes in 4 1/2 hours. One thing I read said 134,000 were drilled and the other said 20,000 which seems more realistic. The tournament lasts for only 3 1/2 hours! The winer takes home up to $150,000 in CASH!

From what I just heard it definitely happened Saturday night. What happened has the two horse's were bedded down and the two hunters that received permission to hunt dogs thought the horses were coyotes. Both hunters had to blow to see if they were drinking (not sure if they were or not). And unfortunately the second horse also died due to its shot!! It amazes me this kind of stuff still happens! Make sure of your target before you pull the damn trigger!!

Yes I use the " tournament tie" treble then 2-3beads the a single. I hit every hook with a file but still managed to have a huge case of the drops! I'm thinking Owner's are the way to go

Best bet would be slide divers. You can run as long of a lead a you like before deploying the diver. 2 years ago the lake flipped In July and brought super cold water. I fished 20 fow with a mag diver out 30 ft on a 3 setting and absolutely pounded the Browns with it. -
After loosing a good number of fish last season on fly bites, it's time to figure out the problem!! I truly believe it's due to the Trebles I tied my Flys with(not exactly sure what they are right now). That being said what is the best treble for tying flies that keep fish buttoned up?

These "cindy"sticks have already been an issue here before. Not by this seller but if I remember correctly the last guy trying to sell these wanted alot more than $20 for one. They are pretty rare from what I know...... -
