  1. Agree 100%. Lazy way of acquiring fish that takes its toll on fisheries. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  7. If you go into the outlet it's good bullhead action as well Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  8. Not sure how far you're willing to go but Owasco is tough to beat for spring panfishing in my opinion. Main body can get wavy, but if you fish the docks on the north west side Of the lake you will get big sunfish and gills along with a smattering of perch and bullhead. As a bonus I've noticed the panfish are all very pretty colored there. Plus there's always giant schools of fish to see which I'm sure he'll enjoy Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  9. Switching hands would be my downfall to trying to learn righty. Especially since I'm used to thumbing the spool with my right hand Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  10. Just curious what you guys use on your baitcasters. I'm left handed, and use both left handed reels on spinning and casting. I've considered trying to become "fluent" with both hands, as it seems like everywhere is always sold out of left handed reels. What do you guys use? Anyone try switching over? 11. That's awesome. Didn't realize the current was that strong there Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  12. Skook, I'm a "college kid" and have fished with Justin multiple times. Highly recommended. He knows his stuff, and the outings are fun Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  13. Welcome aboard! I'm out by otisco lake. Bass fisherman and a little bit of tiger musky as well. Can't wait for the spring, going to be a good year this year Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  14. Nice! I know someone who got a 44" off the main lake yesterday. I'm coming home in two weeks for the weekend, hoping to get back into some tigers Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  15. After much trial and error with reels I think I finally found one that'll stick. I have 2 curado, 2 revos + a revo rocket (9.0:1), and lews team lite. I love my curados for durability with the exception of the thumb button which always seems to break. Lews reels are solid but I have to give my hand to abu right now. They have great stuff. Their whole revo line is spectacular. Depending on how much you want to spend they have a wide range of top quality reels Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
