  1. Heard a good report from yesterday. Plenty of king's being caught. They were 65' down. All teeners
  2. I typically don't mind grinding and finding them myself, but I have a short trip wed with a buddy who's been begging to get on some browns. I only target them in the spring, so I was figuring the same program of sticks and spoons. Couple leads, riggers and divers. Was thinking Olcott and see what 15fow looks like and slowly head deeper. Maybe grab a king in the skinny as well. Other than that, I'm just boating.... I'll gladly take any recent intel ! TIA. Open to different programs. Open to different ports. From the river to the oak.
  3. They are all a tube in the end, so I got the cannons for the one handed operation.
  4. Lol. That's pretty badass. A 125hp kicker.... love it
  5. Truth. Plenty of marks on the screen yesterday from 90-150, right out front. Tagged one mature in a short pm trip. I have always found the stager bite to be the hardest grind but it can turn on any day, you just have to be out there. Might catch none, might catch 20. My opinion, forget the reports, just get out there and fish, they are there and will be for awhile.
  6. THAT is what "fishing" is all about !!!!
  7. Between those 2 you won't be disapointed. Go high speed.
  8. Just got my torpedos today, can't wait to get them wet !!!! Thanks Harvey !!
  9. See pic. Don't need it anymore. Lancaster / Alden area.
  10. I should have added to my original post. I've done the first hour of dark a few times and a few hours into the dark as well. Never had a bite. I stayed late a few times in thinking that the king's eyes needed to adjust to the darkness before they wanted to feed again... Plenty of pier guys catch em, but I sure couldn't from the boat. I will only have lines in the water while the lights are on, and once the stagers get in the creeks I'm focused on deer. If I had to try again, I'd just cast spoons or plugs in tight to the creek mouths.
  11. I have a con. The guys in the kayaks that don't feel they need to have any nav or anchor lights on.
  12. All these stories. Almost unbelievable the stupidity we are surrounded with. As you said, justice may not be served, until karma finds them.
  13. 50$. Local pickup only. Lancaster/Alden area.
  14. I have 2 new pairs of guides. Never used. They didn't work for my trailer. 2 different styles, see pics. 60$ea or both for 100$. Local pickup only. Lancaster/Alden area.
  15. Ugh !!! Better to have it fixed than be stranded out there !
  16. My pleasure ! There is already some ideas being kicked around for the 2021 custom lure.... So stay tuned ! As far as the fishing.....I'd rather be lucky than good, and we def got lucky ! Nothing makes any of us LadyO fisherman happier than seeing the look on somebody's face when a giant Chinook hits the deck. I got that 3x that day, and to get compliments from a guy who does that for a living is beyond encouraging!
  17. Not sure. I thought I remember hearing one similar to this one that was actually the motivator to start one on the western end.
  18. Just deployed my first cams for the year. Stay tuned
