    I'd love to hunt with a dog ! I watch those vids in amazement. Unreal actually when u consider that if ur chair squeaks in the slightest bit the dogs are gone where these guys could prob do jumping jacks and the Yotes would keep running with the decoy dogs.

    I actually have an isolator from a previous life when I liked my car to shake with my stereo...don't judge.... It's a PAC-200. It's not a marine specific so will it work (secured out of weather) or do I get a marine grade ?

    Good info. Was thinking the same question and was prepared to buy a deep cycle/marine just cause. I think I'll do what pap recommends. One 31 starting bat. What about for a trolling setup that's 24v ? I assume it's best to do 2 12v deep cycle and charge them with appropriate charger ? Any specific reason to pick a certain group size ?

    Nothing bad to say. Solid round, good manufacturer. Not sure on the trigger, but if you not picky I'll bet she will pile fur for you. Me personally i can't go back to a bolt after running a semi... Follow ups are needed and it's nice to stay on the gun and pull. That one time u regret taking the bolt is enough for me !

    Maybe his hat was over his eyes...lol. ah well, it happens ! That's why I always take the rifle even if I'm hoping to get my partner a shot... They don't shoot, I sure will ! Dogs are too dang smart to come in twice so u gotta capitalize on every chance. Next time....next time

    Well, looks like we may have found the place. Lewis point area on Oneida. I'll have dock space, the kids have a beach and plenty of room to romp around. Thanks for the suggestions !!! Btw. I'll prob start a new thread but anyone care to give up the eye program ?? Don't worry, I'll be there for a week and will not become a regular there ! Secrets are safe-ish with me ! Prob gonna target some eater eyes and perch also possibly do some Smalley/ bucket mouth action.

    Family in town this weekend so no go for me. Might be able to get a set or two in though. Itching to get out. The few times I had to go it was either raining or windy as all heck. Good luck to those in it

    I've always noticed the eyes of dogs are red/brown. Deer seem to be green. That's with a red light. I can't remember a time where I wasn't able to tell what it was, typically you can tell by body language and movements. Def a reason to hold off on the shot till your 100% positive on ID. I've heard to many storys of eyeshots turning out to be deer.

    Looking to see if anyone can recommend or knows somebody who knows somebody etc. This summer my wife and I want to take our 2 kids on a summer vacation. I'm hoping to bring the boat docked and have some sort of beach-ish area for the kids to swim around and play. They are 2 & 4. Live in buffalo area but would drive an hour or two or 3 for something perfect. Any help is appreciated. Doesn't have to be on any particular lake, would love lady O but not a necessity. Thanks in advance !!
