86 Merc Crankshaft and Pistons Assembly for 115HP A fully assembled good used crankshaft with rods fitted with new standard size pistons and rings. The engine block was not usable on this "power of tower" that I intended to rebuild so I ended up upgrading to a newer Merc. $300

86 Merc Lower Unit Long Shaft I have an Outboard lower unit that came off of a 1986 mercury 115hp. Extra long shaft 25" with chip out of the skeg. Unit was otherwise operational when I removed it from a blown power head ($250). The boat steered fine. It is the one pictured on the bottom Good prop included. I also have many parts for the same year power of tower. Electronics, starting, trim and tilt, carbs etc.

2001 Evinrude 15HP 4 stroke kicker Selling my 2001 Evinrude 15hp 4 stroke.. It came from the factory as a short shaft tiller model, but I switched it to a long shaft remote control to use it as a kicker on a big boat. I have all the OEM parts to switch it back to short shaft if buyer wants it set up that way.. Its set up to use the tiller handle right now, but can be switched back and forth between remote and tiller very easily.. These are some nice pole holders I took off my boat. Very solid, they are about 2.5 lbs a piece, you will not break these -ever-. They are fully adjustable in almost any position and angle, quite an ingeious design. They need to be cleaned up a bit, and are in good shape as far as there finnish. $100.00 for the both -firm.
