Sandy weekend

Went out first light Sat fished till 10 30 I think 

 

Went 4 for 8  biggest  a 17 # king 

Fish were 75 to 100 down . 

 

 

Late start this morning because of the booms . 

 

We went  7 for about 10  .  3 nice kings and a nice steelhead . The rest were skips . Biggest king was 23 6 . 

I realized after I filleted one side I didn't take a picture 

 

Yesterday all fish hits were flashers and Gary D rigs . 

 

Today all spoons , Carbon 14 mags 60 to 80 down over 180 to 210 . Couldn't get a hit on 

Flasher on

Water was messed up this weekend . 

 

Most of our fish are coming out of cold water .

Really nothing special

 

Modified bait head and plastic bass bait , meat substitute . 

 

Works good for me when they are hitting flashers . 

 

Some days I can't get a hit on it , Some days it's great . 

 

Was going to manufacture and sell them , and still might , but I don't have the resources to do it . And they are laborous to

make . But it all I use behind a flasher . 

 

Fish don't seem to be real aggressive yet this year .
