Scotty seeker help

Does anyone have any experience with hooking up the scotty seeker to a loweance hds 7 gen 3. I did exactly what the videos show and it will not show up on my graph. I emailed scotty and they weren't much help. Just sent me the same installation videos.

I will try to get you a answer. I’m using it with a Live and a Pro w/o any problem and also on my phone. Really like it . Response is very fast for the speed, depth and speed.

Witch ethernet cable are you using from the router to the Gen-3?

I am using the lowrance 000-0127-51 connected into 000-14552-001. Which is a possibility that I'm using the wrong cables. I was told they would work but that is my only thought.

Thatscwhat I use. It’s very possible that the Gen3 maybe to old. Is your gen3 run the latest update? Its suppose to be V18.2 

The 1st time I connect them I had to do a few restart to see the Seeker logo showing on the main page then once the logo is there you create a page with the Seeker and has you choose with sonar or map.

Did you try it on your phone using the seeker app?

Yes it is the last update. I do run it on my phone through the app. Mine wont even show up on the main page.

I exhange with a Navico tech and the Gen3 didn’t get any update for a wild now and the capability of running the Seeker is include in the latest update for the Carbon,Live and Pro and also the Elite FS.
