Braddock Bay, Morning August 5

Launched at Westpoint Marina around 715am and on the lake fishing around 745am.

Had a good morning of fishing today.

We had 9 fish on total and landed 6 of them and 3 others got off.  2 of them were small and the third was another large salmon that we lost at the boat; he wrapped the line around the downrigger cable when he was 5ft from the boat!! The biggest salmon was 17 pounds. The one lost at the boat was probably just as big!

Caught most of them between 8am and 930am.

Fished 80-120 foot of water with 50 degree water down about 45 ft.  So only had to fish from 30-55 ft down.  All fish on spoons off of riggers.  Had out one dipsy with no action.
