According to the package these plugs are a rotating-bait holding lure that resembles a wounded bait fish. They can be used trolling, back bouncing, and casting. You can use the scent pad that's included or you can use a filet or chop up your favorite bait. The plugs also come with a 2/0 Siwash hook and 60" of 40# test line.
