Hit the lake this morning at 05:30 and had the lines in the water before 06:00. First hit was on a Mountain Dew SD / fly back 220" over 90' FOW near the white rock. The first jump broke 12 bucks worth of tackle loose and the 2nd jump was the bow coming 4' out of the water pissed off because he had not shook the hook loose yet. 10 or 20 minutes later the rigger on the starboard side dropped. A 20" bow hit a green frog slider over 120' FOW just south of Vine Valley. After that the rods went silent which seems to be the theme of lake for me this year. It was pretty choppy this morning but it was a good few hours with a nice sun rise and a fat rainbow.
