3-rod Update

Is anyone aware of where the Three Rod Legislation is at this time ?

S6453 (Libous) was passed unanimously by the NYS Senate mid June 2010. It went to Assembly where it was introduced by O’Mara. It was referred to the Assembly Environmental Committee which passed it on 22 Dec 2010. It went to the Rules Committee where it was not acted upon in time.
