What size Dipsy and spin doctor?

Greetings all- I was just wondering what size dipsy and what size spin doctor or pro troll folks are using on Seneca? Also -just out of pure curiosity- has any one tried using j-plugs?

Mags or regular 001 dipsys will do fine. Normal spin doctor, 8" e-chip..

I have heard of guys running j-plugs, smaller ones.. never tried it.
