nope start at 50 65 max

We run 50, but have run 30 on one rod. Never any problems with the 30 until I stole it for my salt water bottom fishing rod. 50 on both now.

Ok thanks guys. Would 300yards of 30 be enough? Right now i have have it backed with 20lb mono.

yes 900ft is more than enuf ,I recomended "larger lb " not that the 30 wont do,but all braided has a little fraying going on after repeted use..and its so darn small us old farts cant see it

Like ray said 50 - 65 lb were runnin both right now and see no differnce in hits i will likely run 65 from now on

The heaviest lb test in nanofil is 17.
