Looking for new or decent used Penn downrigger base (just need 1).  You may call my cellphone at 610 392 six 581.  You will need to ship.  Will send money order before your ship, or will pick up at convenient location.  I am in Macungie, Pa but will be coming up to Lake Oneida 5/10/13 with my wife for a couple day fishing trip.  Thanks .Sakorifle.
