Northerns are there, I hit Henderson about 2-3 times a week from Oct. til Dec. I been fishing deep 33-37 fow, not targeting them but I take incidentals all the time, every year, year after year. All my biggest are taken out of Henderson as well, 34-38" are normal. We also take Walleye, large Burbot's and many other species, its amazing the fish that are in Henderson, again all these fish are incidentals, also the largest smallmouth I see over the course of a season come out of Chaumont. All fish are taken off the bottom bottom bouncing live baits

I've fished there since I was old enough to walk in the mid to late 80's you didn't hear of a pickerel in Henderson it was all northerns my personal best was down off flat rock was a 14 lb northern and also used to catch a ton of burbit out there smallies use to stack up along the points of the west side and it is nice to see the fishery coming back any luck on perch lately out there?
