DMP Areas Available Starting 11/1/13 in the FirstCome/First Served Process

Starting November 1 NYSDEC's First-Come/First-Served (FCFS) process for DMP's will start. Only the following areas will be available:

1C
3M, 3R, 3S
7F, 7H, 7J
8A, 8F, 8G, 8H, 8J, 8N, 8R
9A, 9F

 

To take part in the FCFS DMP's you must go in person to an agent and make your selections. You cannot purchase these online or over the phone. If you have already paid your $10 in the lottery (or you are a Lifetime License holder who qualifies for free DMP's) you will not need to pay in the FCFS process.  At the end of each day the WMU's available in FCFS will be updated.  Areas that are no longer available will be removed and not offered.
