When fishing browns this time of year, what temp and down speed do you guys look for? How deep generally? Thanks in advance for  any advice.

I like fishing a bit shallower maybe 30-60 FOW . I also troll faster for the browns and LL 2.2-2.5. Small spoons and stick baits...

I've been taking browns and bows on 5 color cores with brass and pink flutter spoons. 40 to 80 fow. Also a few nice Lakers taking the same rigs.

Caught a nice brown yesterday off lodi point on a orange pink white honeybee 20 feet down over 50 foot. football fish Length was 24 inches but the girth was 18 inches. Also loaded with eggs.
