late summer trout and salmon

We were thinking about making a trip to olcott in a few weeks. How is the salmon / brown trout / steelhead fishing in late august? I've only ever fished there spring and mid-summer. Do they stack up shallow in front of the mouths? Any help would be great.

Its good, iIve had some of my best trips fishing all day in less than 150 FOW, the latest I go is labor day. ANY time in August is good
