Browns lately?

  Anyone fishing for the browns  between Olcott - Wilson area lately and doing any good??  We are thinking of going this week with the sunny weather coming.  Thanks for any info.!

Went out of Olcott today from noon till 3. Started at pier heads and trolled west in 8 to 12 ft .Northeast wind was building as we trolled and by 3 pm it was time to go....Did manage 3 browns ...2 cookie cutter and 1 around 6 lbs. ..water temp was 38 degrees all over...was first trip out and can't complain...this is all bonus time fishing...will be out again tomorrow. 2 fish came on scorpion stinger spoon 5 down 100 back and other 2 bites came on bay rat honey mustard 5 down 75 back...

  Thanks for the info. We are going to try to get out this Wed. or Thurs.  it will be our first trip out also.
