3 bank charger question

I left my key on and all three of my batteries were dead. My trolling motor batteries are charging now, but my cranking battery is not. Does anyone know if it will start to charge at some point? Thanks.

If it is completely dead, a three bank charger will not recognize the battery and will not charge it. Take a trickle charger, put a little charge on it and then the three bank charger will recognize it.

Problem solved. Plugged trickle charger on to cranking battery for two hours. Then tried the onboard and it showed it was charging. Started the outboard 15 minutes ago.
