2 Penn Manual Riggers, Bases, Gimbal Mounts

These Penn downriggers include swivel bases and gimbal mounts. Each downrigger has Scotty weight hooks on the 4ft booms, new Scotty 200ft stainless rigger cable, new Cannon terminators, new Cannon Retro-Ease ball retrieval lanyards and Penn rod holders. These riggers are in great condition and have only been used once since I rebuilt them. Asking $150 for each complete downrigger set, OBRO. Located in Carthage, NY.
