left the dock at 6 and headed for the shallows in search of some big guys. not much of a screen until 70-80 fow, so we set up there. its tough not to fish that water when it looks like that so we work that water for a couple of hours with only one king for our effort. tough fishing inside so we turned north and headed for 300 fow. started finding some bait and some hooks about 315-340 fow. 325 seemed to be our best depth and for next 2 hours manage to boat 2 more kings and 1 small bow, and we also dumped 3 others. nk nbk and stinger nbk 40-90' on the riggers and we also did one fish on the 240 wire with a green on white spin doctor w/green fly.

Rob,

I fished in front Wednesday evening, and marked some fish in 80 - 100 FOW. We took 2 kings (26 and 28 lbs), one steelie, and lost 2 other fish. The fish were mostly stuck to the bottom, and cut bait (filleted herring) took the 2 kings out of 90 FOW, 107 down and 95 down...... the steelie took a yellow SD/ no see um fly out 270 on a "2 1/2 " wire diver. There were not a ton of marks, just enough to keep your interest. It was a the kind of picture that the meat usually works well on..... from 75 - 95 down, temps varied from 55F to 63F.......

I probably won't be back out until Saturday PM...... weather permitting.
