Not 100% positive, but I think I was told when I purchased mine (about a year ago) that if the collar was ever lost, broken, etc... to call them and they would replace it at no charge. Worth a call. Good luck!

Thanks but My Daughters have Invisable fence. I need a collar so they can Dog sit. We have the one from Bass Pro that I put in my self.

I have an extra invisible fence brand collar...my dog had to be put to sleep about 8 months ago, if ur interested, let me know...it still works & is in fine condtion...I will have to check on price...I live in Allentown, PA....thanx Rusty Held
