Ray I'm heading that way in a few minutes today and I'll post when I get back. They didn't pile the snow in front of the ramps but the docks are out for sure. - Mick

You would be able to launch a smaller boat. There aren't any docks though. The water is open from the lake to the launch ramps but not much farther down the creek. It looks like it's open down by Narby's and the cove, so it must only be open in spots. I hope you don't want to head out on the lake as that looked rough and cold. Hope this helps.

The launches in Youngstown are open. I don't know if this is too far away.
