    All ports have come on line with walleyes. Cleaning tables full. From Buffalo along the Canadian line all the way to Barcelona, fish have shown in big numbers. Not many reports due to Southtowns Derby.

    After many years of really enjoying ice fishing, I'm going to have to give it up. My body isn't going to let me do it anymore. So, I have just a whole bunch of ice fishing stuff that needs a new home. A 2 Man Clam Yukon pullover shanty in very good shape, numerous tip-ups, some not even out of the wrappers, underwater camera, a color Vexilar, an auger or two, some cool tip-downs, etc. Might still have a few OK jigging rods out there, have to check for those. Not real happy about this but you gotta' play the cards you're dealt right? I don't want to list the stuff on CraigsList or Facebook and have to dick around with a bunch of tire kickers and low ballers. It's hard enough just having to give it up.     The kids are all many miles away so my wife volunteered to come out on the water today. Launched from Deans at 9 with overcast skies and since have not been out much in the past year dropped lines once 100 yards out of the cove. Kept it simple with one rigger high, one rigger low and a 7 color core down the chute. Lakers were plentiful at times especially near the bottom in 80-120 fow so added a dipsey with a flasher fly set up that resulted in several doubles. About 11 the sun was out most of the time which is when a Rainbow hit a stickbait on the core and a little later it's twin took the spoon on the high diver. Enjoyed more lake trout action for a while and made it back to the launch by 1. Happy Father's Day to all.

    Got back out again today sunday out of buffalo only had few hours but the bite was stron 1 about 7lbs and 2 around 6 the rest smaller lot of oats all catching fish the line at the cleaning house was crazy so many fish coming in lots of different year classes to. For us all fish on worm harnesses. Good spring so far but next trips likely back to ontario for loc

    Have stayed there multiple times. It’s fantastic. Quiet and comfortable.
