    Careful guys...most of Sodus bay is still frozen,....a good south wind after you launch can pack the launch and channel with ice leaving you stranded out in the lake

    Funny, how government has no common sense........years when they can swing it in early-mid March and this year they can wait a couple of weeks......Ibay is still ice covered, I guess they have to because that what the road signs say......

    My best way for smallies the last couple of years, is to troll for them, 15-35fow flat lines, shad raps, I usually find them on a school of bait on the FF. Throw a marker, go back and throw lures or jigs at them till they move on, repeat

    Heading to Erie today, even though it doesn't look good for tomorrow. Staying for a few days with a tournament out of Northeast Pa. on saturday. Staying for a couple extra days next week,. I've heard the same, fish are deep. Just saw the marine weather..Thursday. 4-6ft waves chance of waterspouts.....will leave tomorrow to fish friday
