  1. Rod ? I cant believe your bailing. 1 spot closer to first
  2. It is a pain to get them, but they do help to enforce the rules. I like to think of all the people that I would have never met if it werent for the fact that they were observers. Some have become good friends over the years. Like paul said, ask the directors from each port and they usually know of somebody willing to do it. If you are looking for Niagra contact Bill Hilts Jr, or sometimes they even have names at the Newfane Marina.
  3. We are in need of an observer for the niagra pro am. Saturday/ Sunday tournament. If you are interested please pm me. We pay $100 for the weekend. Thanks
  4. Do you need to fish out of either of those two counties?
  5. The best place to launch at wilson is at the state park. It has great ramps and plenty of parking. http://marinas.com/view/marina/5919_Wil ... _Marina_NY
  6. The evening bite is usually pretty good. Sometimes I even think its better. If you are in an area where there is a lot of pressure in the a.m., the afternoon can be great since most have gone home. Same program as the morning. As evening falls you can push shallower if conditions allow.
  7. Seems fun, but a little dangerous with the sword.
  8. For those of you who dont know, entry is due this Sunday, 5/1 for these tourneys. Get that entry in!
  9. Thanks. I guess I just need to give it more than a couple minutes next time.
  10. How long of a leader do you guys run. I have never caught a laker on cow bells. I have to admit, most times its 11 am when I try.
  11. Dale, I love thees ones. They rattle too! Easy to use and the pad can be adjusted to allow one board to be used on either side by simply fliping the rod. http://www.fish307.com/williebigjonside ... lease.aspx
  12. Just wanted all to know entry for both Niagra and Orleans is May 1 this year if you weren't aware. Get those teams lined up and get that entry in!
  13. Now if we could only get the bad luck to continue into tourney season
  14. I would probably wait til the browns push deeper 20'+ and then run them off the riggers. I have never ran them in the short water. Cohos in the short water will hit just about anything so save yourself the break offs.
  15. We usually run around 18". Sometimes a little shorter, sometimes a little longer.
  16. Rod, That looks like a nice perch boat for either Seneca or the Bays. Feel free to leave it at my house for the winter months:)
  17. Stugot i believe refers to a certain male genital as a verb describing someone. The long one, or the short one on the front side. Either way it would still be funny if it were in Bob's cooler
  18. I love Sodus Matt, but that area of the lake leaves me scratching my head more than I care to admit. There one day, gone the next. Vanish without reason. However, I have had my best days ever between Bear Creek and Port Bay. Go figure?
  19. Really Matt... Sodus? With the exception of land trolling it has to be one of the toughest ports to fish on the lake. The consistency of fishing is terrible. I vote somewhere between Rochester and the Oak. Its all good, except for the weekend of the pro-am
  20. Dick, They put them in when they turn the brige on April 1
