  1. Lets see the new rides that people have recently purchased. Also, lets see the boats that people have but never posted pics of. I know of TWO people on the famous RED DOCK alone who purchased new rides this year? Hook N Up Al and ON THE LAMB, we are waiting...... I have to find a new ride because my tub is going to look like a old jon boat compared to these two beauties.
  2. FURUNO! You should see the new electronics aboard ON THE LAMB new ride. Must have been a good year for the sheriff!!lol
  3. Save yourself some time and a headache, take it to Hank at L&M. I just dropped off both of my carbs for him to rebuilt Saturday. I have used him before and have been thrilled to do business with him. Besides he is originally a Chenango county man so you know he has to be a great guy.
  4. I have seen a few i/o boats on the water already this year. I bet there will be guys looking for water jackets and blocks unfortunetly.
  5. you can always find perch on cayuga. The big ones are on Seneca however
  6. Tig weld it and save yourself a headache. A good tig welder man can weld anything.
  7. Ditto on the scottys. I have had all 3 and I love the scotty's
  8. Nice looking Sundancer on Freshwaterboats.com Al. http://www.freshwaterboats.com/core/lis ... aterboats&
  9. Yeah Al, let me see if I can help spend your money. Look at the weekenders too
  10. Glenn, I dont think we will be needing the gas dock anyway. Gas will be so expensive we will just hang around the red dock, drink and let the kids climb around the bridge on that new Luhrs of yours. Of course I will give Buddy something good and sticky first. Like some POPTARTS!!!
  11. Just looked at union springs launch yesterday. Yeah, its low but if you have 4 wheel drive and a fairly light boat (aluminum) you should be ok. Middle ramp is rough and I would avoid it. Lots of wood and other debris on the concrete ramp. Looks like you could keep all your vehicle wheels on the ramp and out of the lake bottom to launch. I would go to Seneca, bigger and better perch fishing.
  12. You dont have to go far from Lodi launch or Severne launch to find the perch on Seneca. Keep moving until you find a good class of perch. Very small jigs with fatheads always work for us. Usually 30 feet or less of water. Depends on the time of year. Might be a bit too early for less than 30 feet of water. just find lund sss and anchor 10 feet away.
  13. Lowrance may have cleaned up their act, but if you ever dealt with them in the past you wouldnt go there again. Furuno all the way.
  14. If I am on Frank (aka home office) or Jersey Jims (double jj) I prefer logger boots with some big old black soles on them. lol. Otherwise, I second the sperry docksiders. I wear plain old boat shoe style with laces on the front. Just cant rock the crocs. You can put the little pins on the holes in the front of the crocs too if you like. Maybe they make a salmon or trout pin. I know they make them with liners. that would smell nice after some salmon skank on them. lol
  15. This would make someone a real nice ride. I have seen it up close and it is in great shape. The new owner better have a hollow leg. Bob, sorry to hear you have to sell her. I am sure you are making a sound move.
  16. Yes she can. I was told this fall that as long as they can comprehend the subject matter and pass the course they may take the course. The instructors may not let her shoot a gun unless a parent or guardian is present on the day they shoot however. It was great to see several young girls taking the course when my boy took it this fall.
  17. Jamestowndistributors.com has some great instructional videos on line showing you how to do that stuff.\
  18. That one looks like a canvasback. Cool birds
  19. Good job HANK. Thanks for all who protect and serve!
