  9. LOL thats funny you say that, every fiberglass rod ive owned in the past 25 year has broken at some point! time will tell, O ya i run the mag dipsy's also so theres alittle more drag and they are well bent over at 2.5 and when fish hit em often they stretch out big time noway are they too stiff. also this is what i get from running the twilli's and not running them seeing 2 of my wire rods have them and 2 do not! the one with out the tips after we reel in for the day and remove the dipsy the steel line circle's up and the one's with the tips don't,meaning the line lays out alot straiter and smoother but as far as tip damage ive not noticed any. good day

  17. ok thanks for atleast thinking about it and kicking it around maybe next year , i was thinking it was alittle to late for a rule change anyways. looks like there will be some last minute planning here on the teams . thx & keep up the good work !
  18. your captain can register you online ! weigh in stations are all over the lake and there is one right at ur port you will be leaving from ! your witness has to sign off on your weigh in slip should you get one to weigh in . you should call the captain to make sure he to is also signed up for this derby, rules state that everyone one on the boat must be. hope this helps
