  1. nice morning before the fog came in about 7... cleared by 8 then another wall came through about 11 with some pretty good west winds... had a decent day with 4 northerns and 1 eye....nothing over 6 lbs would have some pics except for when i leaned over the boat to revive the eye and make sure he would swim away and grow up.. my camera slipped out of my pocket and i guess you know the rest ==================== SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS ====================
  2. good day to be out best bite was early then wind turned around and instant lockjaw biggest eye was 9.6 ( daughter currently in 3rd ) few smaller northerns 4-6 lb range lots of sheepsheads 5-10 lb range
  3. heard the eyes were biting in the pond so i headed there this am managed a few small ones 15-17 inches did get one 7 lber for dinner
  4. eyes been hit and miss each day but well worth bringing the boat

  7. no i observed last year for a am team one of the guys got his capt lic over the winter and we are going to fish the oswego open and mayby one over west
  8. tried last night 5-6-10 and it didnt even give the OPEN as an option
  9. Hi Pat yes i beleive a GUIDE must enter pro division if interested the OPEN division is an option for smaller teams with a capt or guide
  10. spring browns/// walleyes////late season salmon//steelhead the inlines are the way to go summer salmon when your down 80-100' the dipsies take over they both have their place in your arsenal and their best time to work well worth having a couple onboard... you can hook them up so they release or not lots of good reveiws about the new Z-boards... I prefer the off-shore GOOD LUCK ON THE WATER

  12. if you put in at the public launch.... as you go out the creek JOHNSON shoal will be on your left side.. a good place to start....if that doesnt work go between the point and cherry island and run up into guffins bay and try that... zig-zag every where from 5-20 fow......worm harness's or sticks...black/gold....black/silver early then go brighter as it gets sunny OR go to dexter and put in the black river and run out to black river bay..... try around the buoys and the north shore same depths..... but there will probably be plenty of boats to follow in BRB.... GOOD LUCK....hope to see a good post with pics

  14. was told i couldnt run my 23' sport craft out of stony.... i would either go up to the launch in henderson harbor or to mexico point depending which way you want to travel

  17. the size 1 dipsy dives 3 to 1 on wire or close to it has any one done any checking with the size 0 dipsies..... i'm thinking mayby 4 to 1?
