    Hemlock

just saw this.. this am..you have a pm
  2. That's pretty good during the afternoon hours on Hemmy. I slows after 8am in there like deeeaad slow during summer. If you like catching the smallies and the casting slows for you... the larger smallies move out deep and suspend at around 30-40down in that 50-60fow north end. you have a pm
  3. Whoa beautiful man!! ..good luck, looks like yer headin for salmon country
  4. ya gotta have a director for these pics great day guys!!
  5. Nice weekdays on Cayuga are tough to beat! always seems quiet out there the big boys come out to play!!
  6. Mike awsome bow Never knew the feas in there got that bad, guess its like that all over this summer
  7. I ran to Geneva a few weeks go. Trolled from 6-830 pm and did ok with spoons in any purple combination. RR spoons seem to do really well but any spoon in darker phase.try others too right. The best depth was 60 to 90 fish all over at all depths. I would run that leadcore back a good 6 colors even 8. I did 2 nice lakers there last summer on an evening troll off my leadcore rig trolling a perch colored deep diver. good luck, tons of fish around the north end, gotta run a couple miles to get to 100 fow but worth it
  8. Tough to beat Dean's in late June!! Nice bow, congrats
  9. Awesome!! Thanks, I do have 200 feet of copper I'm rigging now, yeah I don't like any braid in the water now either fleas I just want it backing me up with the bigger fish. Hopefully I can avoid all the reeling up, 600 copper sounds awesome for the big lake, for the fingers alot of work for size fish I already catch with less effort. If this works out it will carry me through till bow scouting starts in September next year I be sure to get the 30# malin and a new reel
  10. Tryin this tomorow, 600 or so braid backing to 150ft 45lbs copper to the mag dip. Hoping to get down to 70-90 without 7million feet of line out..small boat here
  11. nice job!! Them evening trolls are fun too bad the fleas don't kill the lampreys
  12. My wife and I launched at Deans Cove at almost high noon for a short boat ride and a couple hours of trolling today. The wind was 10-15 dead west when we got there by 3pm it turned north and got . We trolled north of the launch staying in 100-170 most of the time seeing good marks at 90down all over. I picked up a couple DW spoons at gander last night in a specific color and it paid off big time. We boated 4 lakers 1 at 28inches and 7lbs(i think my biggest Laker to date) 2 were right at 20inches and a 4th a dink. The smaller lakers all on the purple wire dip right at 195 on a 3. Afternoon troll?? weird to find active fish at this time but I'll take it Funny a little alewife caught a hook through the body ripping along a bait cloud on a new stinger spoon. Couldn't get the LL thing to happen!! My LL spot just north of Sheldrake was a too far bumpy ride on this day, but I shall return Fleas...oh yeah tons but no weed issues.. Maybe 2 or 3 boats around and way off, very quiet afternoon. Outta there by 330 maybe back Sunday am for the 5am troll Got a couple pics of big boy on the 90 rigger some shots came out blurry
  13. Anyone try this? I'm thinkin it would keep the feas at bay pretty good I never see build up on my 45lbs copper
  14. just got in from Dean's Alec, alot of good marks north of Dean's 90-120fow, and definetly NOT calm conditions. I'll post later.. I need to hit it at 5-8 and get out, my wife and I did a midday trip
  15. King Slammin, When you mention "divers" 100,200,300 do you mean the Torpedo Divers?? Are these any good, the websight looks interesting. -chris

  17. Hey good job placing!! The big lakers get passed up..no respect I guess How big does a King need to be to qualify as a "jumbo skipper"?
