    If you're not having fun, you're doing something wrong ; ) life is too short, to spend it with a frown. Besides who wouldn't have fun catching steelhead, with good friends, on the scenic lower niagara.

    Just got my pics back from a March trip on the lower Niagara with Merky water Charters. A good time was had by all and lots of fish were caught,,, mostly on pink eggs and kwikfish. Enjoy the pics

    It's soooo easy a caveman could do it. I could careless if people floatfish or not. The only thing that bothers me is people hero drifting through my drift when there is plenty of river available. and btw,,,, floatfishing isn't really that easy, there is an art to it. There is a time a place for almost all types of fishing and floats certainly have their place.

    Yeah, you put in at Lewiston. I would recommend doing the artpart drift for the most part until you get familiar with the river. Devils hole is a great spot, but if you have any boat issues it can be unforgiving. When the water is high and fast people use kwikfish, if it's lower and slower eggs, bead, emerald shinners, ect
