No not to far for me. A ethical sportsman would wait til it opens. There are regs for a reason. Yea especialy when they stick a steel fish holder thru their gills just for a pic. and then gently release it? We live in a look at me society and that's just to bad.

Was woundering if the nite bite outa sbh has started? Typicaly fish any where from the harbor dwn to sturgeon pt. I usualy don't go this early and not sure of temps out on the lake. Got a hr dive and Saturday nite looking good for weather so far. Not sure if water temp is what gets them to start feeding more agressivly? Thanks

Yea every year different there that's what makes it such a tuff place to fish and rewarding when you acutaly find them yourself. Every day a little difent as well and sometimes it changes by the hr.

That's a nice trolling layout. My last boat was a crestliner 16 side counsel. Absolutly loved it and I took it all over erie and Ontario. just out grew it with the family. this gona make someone real happy

Is the nite bite outa buffalo harbor behind this yr.? Fished the nite bite last year for the first time but didn't go till end of may and did decent. Just curious as to when they turn on some, Waiting to go and got a hr drive so was gna wait a week or two.

Going to make someone a great boat. Was a pleasure fishing out of it, you could have a party on the fishing deck of it, then sit at the table and have a meal and a beer! Definatly the best fishing plat form I have seen and handles those ruff days with no problem. Trolls beautfull, and sure does put some fish on the deck! congrats on the new ride capt. and hope it fishes as well as the set n ready 1. We will find out!

Well depend if you one those gaget guys.( latest and greatest)Buy those guys used stuff and save a lot. Most their stuff barley gats used anyway. I only buy new lures line and graphs, pretty much everything else second hand. I have never bought a new rod or reel. Save money, less time have to wrk an more cash for gas. Thanks to this site and craiglist. Dam winter blues are set in with all the responces on this already, me included. Uncovering the boat tonight and gone mount my second hand downriggers!

Would like to get a fish re-worked, had it done from a local guy and looks like it sat on the dock in the sun for a couple hours. That was a awesome fish to begin wit, congrats on that, they mentioned ur name in the outdoors news for the derby results. Gota stop over and shoot bows some time wit us.
