  3. Looking for a used DR in the finger lakes. Preferred electric but manual would be fine. Pay day is in a few days. Exploring my options, I do have bases on my boat that came with the boat. Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  4. One small LL over 50fow 25 down. Never moved a rod after that. 5 to 8:30 last night. Snapped my favorite pole in half tho tripping a dipsey... Oops Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  5. K. See you then. Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app

  7. Where can order some? Just got my boat going and wouldn't mind adding some new stuff to the box Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  8. Dropped a nice Brown infront of Dean's. Only could get them to fire in the first 25' over 80. Even out deep over 140 25' down I picked up a nice bow. Fleas got bad around 10 and called it a day. Spent the rest of the day swimming. They should make one lane for launching and one lane for pulling your rig out... Chaos down there today. Free for all. 9. Split stem. Left it so it didn't fully die causing it to rot. Pretty much just did it to prolunge the life of the other half not going to the power. Hard to tell what it is but either way ants like to move in and other borers. Any idea what type it is? Seems like over kill. Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  10. Thinking upper seal? Just replaced it but it looked like someone tried fixing the edge with some quicksteel or something. Seal slid in just by pushing on it with my thumbs. Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  11. I guess this is why you can insure your boat [emoji12] Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  12. Worst part is he thought it was broke at a light, got up to 60 and everything came loose... Boat will still float... He has been using fiber glass to patch aluminum Lol. So I guess just stick some more fiber glass where the dent is and go fishing... I can't seem to go... Got out that morning, got lines setup, get the phone call for this... Haul in the lines, go load it up... Get back around 4:30. Eat dinner, try to find some one to drive while I setup lines, couldn't find a replacement... So run down and try to run two lines... Get the boat off, go to turn the motor over... Battery is dead... I guess I'm not meant to go fishing... Ever Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  13. This is what happens when you don't check your leave springs before you go for 100 mile trip... Not my boat... Just had to go help them out Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  14. Still been getting silvers in shallow casting stick baits. West side. Storm stick Shad and Husky jerks. Also caught a 18" bow casting minnows for perch. Been a pretty exciting year of mixed fish. Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  15. Large die off in Lodi week after the NLT derby... Probably VHS from Cayuga carried to Seneca... Report wasn't released until the Thursday before the derby... How many actually cleaned their live wells and boats out before swapping lakes? Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  16. Lodi point on the north side with butter milk worms from Walmart. With a south wind you can cast the bobbers a distance and hit the weed lines for sun fish perch and small mouth. They were all sub legal last year but I caught a ton of them. Even got a few small LG mouth. Bring minnows and you might get a shot at some bigger perch. Seneca perch are usually light biters. Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  17. Do you guys use a barrel swivel to stop line twist? Seems like it would spin like perch fishing. I am using 10lbs braided with 3lbs diameter with 8 lbs seagar red line I think its called. It was recommend by a lot of people. Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  18. I am blind jigging. My uncle is letting me use his boat because he is in rehab from a stroke. He has an old Ultra sounder on his boat but I don't think it shows bait or fish just the depth. It looks just like a flasher for ice fishing but only one color. Bait is still in shallow. I been snagging them casting the shore line... Caught more alewives then I have bass this year... Can't seem to find the small mouth... Large mouth is one my least favorite to eat. Small mouth is closer to perch... Lakers are fun on spinning rods tho Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  19. Both are paddle tailed. I had a some luck on the lunker hunters two years ago. I think they look better on a drop shot then a jig but I haven't tried drop shooting them for Lakers. I won't make it out today but maybe tomorrow late afternoon. Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  20. No luck. Only two grabs. Using Lunker Hunter swim Bennitos and Flukes. Banged them off bottom, cranked them and dropped... Dragged them on bottom. Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  21. Anyone doing it? Any reports. 7:15 to 9 0 hits west side. 70 to 120. Might cruise over to the east side Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  22. When nothing else works.... Pull copper Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  23. Figuring out what they hit when they won't hit sliders is always fun. Hit Cayuga today. Got some nice ones in 30' off bottom. Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  24. Still getting silvers in shallow. Got a 18" rainbow casting for perch. Couple trips before that we got a Brown and a LL casting stick baits under docks. Waters lower now and warming up Sent from my VS425PP using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  25. Cayuga most likely has Walleye in it. I've caught them in Seneca river. Nothing big or ever in numbers but we have caught them bull head fishing Sent from my VS425PP using Tapatalk
