  1. Replacement aluminum skeg, fits many application, $20. Pick up in Springville or in the Chautauqua Lake area. Shipping available at buyers cost.
  2. Good working condition, with several new parts installed, fresh 250 lb test braided line (one trip ran on it) too. Includes Penn Swivel base and it's already wired for a quick connect. New Price - $125. $100. Available for pick up in Springville, NY but I'm also in the Chautauqua Lake area nearly every day. Shipping available at buyers cost.
  3. Fantastic outfitting job! I just bought a WT18 Targa. Do you mind me asking what brand your track adapters are? I have a couple sets of Big Jon holders I'd like to outfit my new ride with and not sure of what track adapters to buy.
  4. Ive caught a couple studs in Chautauqua Lake when crappie fishing in the fall and spring.
  5. I echo running braid for a backer. If your fishing walleye or finger lakes, 200-300' of backer will do (just cross your fingers you don't snag). You're not going to be able to fit all that lead on a 20 size reel. I had a depthmaster 30 that barely held 7 colors. In your position, I'd consider putting on only 5 colors on each, using drop weights and adding as much backer as possible. It'll likely only be a few hundred feet though. Id save the other spool of lead for down the road.
  6. I moved to Western NY from Pittsburgh about 8 years ago. A couple years ago, I bought a house in Springville. Though the taxes are high (to me), I'm pretty happy there. It's a great community, good schools and about a 40 minute ride to Lake Erie, Buffalo and an hour 15 to Lake Ontario.
  7. What state? In NY, boats doesn't even title boats older than 1986. https://nysdmv.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/134/kw/1986 boat no title
  8. My biggest king last year came on a neon green bomber on a 4 color at the end of May. If I'm not mistaken, the Spring LOC winner last year was also on a bomber, ran on 6 colors of lead.
  9. Next time my dog gets one I'll check it's passport
  10. There's frequently hundreds of them in my backyard pond throughout Fall. Theyre nothing more than flying rats (who taste pretty good). For many people, they are an aggressive nuisance. Why in the world would they ever want there to be more of those ****birds is beyond me.
  11. Meh, hard to catch a fish with an assault rifle. Or too easy...They don't need firearms to get me in the door. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

Let me go buy a lottery ticket..
  13. Hi guys, I upgraded my downriggers and these are just taking up space. They're light weight and have plenty of cable on them. The counters work. Not having a clutch, makes them a bit challenging to use but they work. I always used snubbers for the ball and stuck to an 8lb ball. One needs a new terminal end which I might have lying around. Not going to ship them...too much of a pain in the ass. Local pick up in Springville, or arrangements can be made to bring them to Dunkirk, Sunset Bay (Cattaraugus Creek), Wilson or Olcott. $75 cash or trade. I'm interested in the following: - smithwick stick baits - 7ft MH trolling Rod - Penn 320 and 310 reels - Bay Rat stickbaits - A-Tom-Mik flies and Spin Doctors Make me an offer. Thanks! 15. If you decide to part out your collection, I'd be interested in all the smithwicks. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  16. I have 17 ft Sea Nymph that could use some new seats. I remember following your project over the winter. Are these the seats you put in? I'm only asking because I thought to myself, "yea those look good", when I saw them. FWIW I'm in Springville. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  17. I've havent had too much of an issue using the new updated clips on the church boards with 30lb dacron backer, but that might be due to Dacron being so much thicker than comparable test braid. My buddy uses those Sam Pro Releases and swears by them. I haven't played with them much but my first impression was that they're a little difficult to get to release.
  18. Just pulled my butt out of bed...going to be going out of Olcott in a few hours. I'll give a shout out on the radio if I find anything. I'll be fishing on Little Boat Peep. It's channel 72 everyone uses, right? Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
