  1. Bought these on sale $220 each but do not need. Selling for the same shipped in US or $430 shipped for both. Thanks
  2. I think with larger paddles they can also get leverage, I feel it sometimes with 8". When they are sideways and start to run you can feel or if near the boat see the paddle creating leverage. Worth the risk though:-)
  3. Great report, I run 12-16lb line for Kings, I think you get bigger fish and it is certainly more fun!

  18. You all totally missed what I wrote, you are responding to nothing I said. I am aware of tippets I fly fish here in Colorado all the time. I am also fortunate to have been able to fish Lake O in the good days with our largest being 42lbs, and we used 14lb Xt and 17lb XL. I do agree you should use line that matches the need. My point was I use 20lb sunline because it is actually 20lb line and pull 8" flashers with it. I used 14 and 16lb sunline as it actually is those lbs. My point is if you buy 20lb big game, it is actually over a 30lb line, and 30lb big game line breaks at just about 50lbs. So you are using crazy thick and strong line for 15-25lb fish. I totally get the need for larger diameter or wire during fleas. I was not addressing that at all. I was just sharing I noticed sunline has a flea line and shared it as it sounds like you all are having a rough year. I don't loss much gear, I have quality gear and a lot of experience. I also am out to enjoy it verse just fill the box. Had a great weekend, with Kings into the low 20's over the holiday weekend in SD. Only gear I lost was accidentally throwing a spoon over that wasn't hooked to the slide:-) Good fishing guys.
  19. I think you caught up on a tree and missing the forest .
  20. Yes, I get it. Was responding to spending more on sunline. Lots of guys use 20&25 bug game and realize they are using a 40lb line. They just go off the label. Fishing is more fun when your line isn’t 2-3x the size of your fish:-)))
  21. It is fishing, all the money is wasted. Big game line is weird. 30 pound is actually 50, 20&25 both are the same 40lb breaking strength. We have caught kings to 42lbs on 17lb XL. With sunline, the 20lb actually breaks at 20, less stretch, easier to work with and smaller diameter. I would rather skimp elsewhere than line. But I also recently acquired a horse so my discretionary income might shrink.
  22. Yes big game 30 breaks closer to 50lb, sunline breaks at advertised lbs, so really 20lb difference in the lines. I had no idea, just said new on website:-)
  23. Hi, I am not affiliated with Sunline but noticed when I was purchasing more line, they have a new flea line out. Their products are typically top notch, so wanted to mention it here. BR
  24. No fleas where I fish but I use sunline fishing line and they just added a flea line . My guess is it is good as their normal lines are great.
  25. I have medium and medium light Talora 7' historically ran spoons on ML, 8" flashers on Med. Would be nice to just carry ML since I have 4 of them. Forgot to try it out this weekend. Anyone running the medium lights with flashers? Thanks.
