that's what I call new old stock, LOL. You have it listed as a 99 but the back of the cover says 2006. so, what's up with that. either way for your asking price will rent one for the whole day on some lakes, LOL. I already have a 2000 remote merc 4 stroke electric start long shaft and a like new 2002 with very low hour 4 stroke electric or pull start long shaft that I don't use or I would be very interested in yours. for a Honda like yours I believe it will sell soon.

The 2006 means it meets the EPA standards that will be in effect until 2006, not that it was manufactured in 2006.
