Fish hawk probes

I finally did it….snapped off my x4d probe and rigger weight yesterday. Now I find out  the probes are discontinued in favor of the rechargeable lithium models. 
 

what are the thoughts on the new models vs the old standard? I’d be interested if anyone wants to sell a used one.

I believe the older probes are past their life cycle and are not repairable.  Mine quit so I bought the lithium. Very happy again!

I'm happy with my lithium probe, much better than my old x4d probe which never seemed to work right, even after sending it back to fish hawk to repair it.

the new FH lithium probe is easily the best probe they have ever made. You wont be disappointed.
