Spoons or shallow divers for Spring browns?

My preference for inside of 15 fow is a mix of shallow sticks and small spoons

Bay Rat S3's on the beach side if I need to run in the 5-6' water and SS on the outside. A mix of the same and spoons if I can run outside of 10'.
