Name the swivel

Looking for some information as to what is the smallest size Stainless Steel Ball Bearing swivel with snap lock? I have one left and no package. What make and from where (warehouse or on-line). What goes thru your top guide? I have a few Duo Snaps, but I'm getting a lot of line twist with Floro, so maybe a good quality S.S ball bearing snap swivel might help.

I use small p-line chain swivels attached to my fluorocarbon. Chain goes through guide fine. No twist either.
