My location is Prattsburg over by Hammondsport N.Y. I Fish mostly for trout & salmon on the Finger Lakes such as Seneca , Cayuga & Canandaigua in my op[nion the best for rainbow trout. I have two fully equipped charter boats a Starcraft Islander 26ft & 22ft both with I/O & kicker trolling motors also fish Lake Ontario & Erie & Huron out of Detour passage for Atlantic Salmon

Morning my friend so you run a charter I’m not looking for a charter. I’m just looking for somebody to go fishing with and have a good time. I also have a bolt but it’s only 16 foot Lund. So I don’t really understand you just wanna be a Fishing friend or sell me a charter.. I am from the Moravia area.

No not trying to sell you a fishing charter just love to fish even when I do not have charters its my go to thing so just enjoy peoples company if you are into fishing for trout & salmon on the finger lakes

Prattsburg It’s a little trip to the finger lakes if you went to Cayuga Lake, where would you launch your boat in? I’m just wondering if there are instant messenger on this form I am interested going with you. I retired. I can go about any day.

My friend, I have one more question you go to Lake Ontario. Where do you launch your boat in? I like go for salmon trout. I caught 25 pounds salmon last year

I launch at Deans cove mostly but have launched at Long Point State park & Allan Truman park, as for Ontario Sodus Point is one & Oak Orchard is another I fish out of  also Geneese River

Have a 48 lb KING from Lake Ontario & a 24 lb Brown from Ontario caught many years ago but there are still giants out there.

Trouthunter, it's wonderful that you're offering to go fishing with him and use your boat and equipment, and I'm sending you a big o'l KUDOS!

 

I started fishing Lake Michigan for salmon back in 77, and then started fishing it and Erie for walleye in 80, but stopped salmon fishing Lake Michigan a couple of years later. I still love fishing Erie, but I only get to go once a year if my oldest son wants to go. I have fishing in my blood, and my wife keeps telling me when I die, I'm coming back as a fish, LOL.
